WHAT IS AABD?

Already Aligned By Design® is a school of human development rooted in spiritual philosophy. 
Through original frameworks, workshops, courses, and guided learning, AABD studies identity, alignment, purpose, and the integration of Physical, Logical, Emotional, and Spiritual intelligence. 


THE HUMAN FOUNDATION

At AABD, we study four dimensions of human intelligence:

Physical: The body and lived reality
Logical: The mind and understanding
Emotional: The heart and feeling
Spiritual: The soul and meaning, connection, and purpose

These are the dimensions we bring into alignment.

THE PROCESS OF ALIGNMENT

At AABD, alignment happens through three phases:

REMEMBER.
Awaken awareness of who you are beyond conditioning, roles, and external definitions.

RECLAIM.
The conscious choice to embody who you truly are.

REALIGN.
Integrate that awareness into your life; your choices, your relationships, and your path forward.

The 11 Universal Threads of Spirituality
represent the principles and practices that guide how alignment is embodied in everyday life.

They are not beliefs to adopt, but truths to remember and be expressed through how we think, feel, act, and lead.

THE CODEX

The Codex to Remembering Infinity© is the philosophical foundation of Already Aligned By Design®.

It is a living framework that explores identity, purpose, consciousness, and the evolution of the human experience, bridging ancient wisdom with modern understanding.
